A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.
We accept payment through Square (credit/debit card) and Venmo.
We understand that plans change. Here's how cancellations work:
Every package includes 3 hours of booth time, setup and teardown (not counted toward your time), unlimited prints during your event, and an on-site attendant for the full duration.
Add-ons such as extra hours, custom overlays, backdrops, props, and guest books are available — see the Pricing page for details.
We are based in Utah and serve the surrounding area. Travel fees may apply for events outside our local range — contact us with your venue location and we'll let you know upfront.
We may use photos from your event in our portfolio and on social media. If you'd prefer to opt out, just let us know in writing before your event and we'll respect that completely — no questions asked.
Eventful Memories LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses beyond our reasonable control. We take great care with our equipment and your event space.
We offer discounts to close friends and family as a personal gesture — not a business obligation. Discount tiers are set by Katy and Lorenne and are non-negotiable. Asking for a tier you don't qualify for, or pressuring us to make exceptions, will result in the discount being withdrawn entirely.
